PSN Marketplace FAQ

General

  1. What is PSN’s Marketplace?
PSN's Marketplace is an online forum for all public sector professionals to search for, explore and connect with trusted solution providers that can help solve their unique challenges.

  2. Who is PSN’s Marketplace for?
The Marketplace is available to all public sector employees within the five regions (see below) and any verified solution providers who service the public sector within those regions.

  3. Where in the world is the Marketplace accessible?
The Marketplace is currently available in five key regions: Australia, New Zealand, The United Kingdom, Canada and The United States.

  4. How do public sector buyers find solution providers who are on the Marketplace?
Public sector members of Public Sector Network can utilise our user-friendly Marketplace search tool to search for solution providers in a specific geographical region, industry, and other search criteria. In addition, Public Sector Network event websites link directly to sponsors' marketplace listings, so event delegates can access solution provider information and connect with them directly.

  5. How can public sector buyers get in touch with Marketplace solution providers?
Public Sector users of the Marketplace can connect directly with Marketplace vendors of interest by using the built-in contact form on the vendor's profile, which will send an instant alert to your nominated contact person.

  6. What membership types are available for solution providers?
There are currently two membership levels available to all solution providers:
Starter - a free subscription with basic inclusions
Premium - unlocks greater exposure with prime positioning and priority search-result ranking, greater promotional opportunities, and access to exclusive members-only insights.

Get in touch with our team if you'd like to learn about these options.

Listing Management

  1. Who created my company’s listing?
If your company has previously sponsored a Public Sector Network event, it is likely that your listing was created at the time by your staff member who managed the sponsorship. One of our event coordinators may have also created a listing on your behalf if requested.

  2. How many marketplace users can my company have?
A Starter membership allows you to register two admin users, while a Premium membership gives you the option to add a third user.

  3. What regions can I select from?
There are currently five regions available to select from: Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. These represent the regions in which you operate and have customers/prospects in.

  8. What is the difference between insights and resources?
Resources are only visible to those visiting your Marketplace listing, while published Insights are visible to all Public Sector Network members.

  9. What types of content get the best engagement?
Content that looks at how a specific challenge was solved, as well as content that focuses on timely, regional and topical subject matter often results in higher engagement than explicitly sales-focused content.

  10. I don't have any existing content or the internal resources required to create new content - can you help?
Absolutely! PSN's expert in-house team delves deep, researching, writing, designing and delivering captivating content on a subject strategically aligned with your solution. We can help you create anything from whitepapers to infographics and case studies.
