Transforming the Way You Use Data in Your Smart City Canada

Innovating to create an integrated and seamless CX in local government

Tuesday, December 8th, 2020
Start: 12:00pm ET / 9:00 PT

Agenda Overview:

Data is the true gold to be reaped from the investment in smart city technology, with insights improving decision-making, service quality and efficiency, real-time operational control, and engagement with citizens, businesses, and other stakeholders.

The ability to harness real-time, highly granular data across a wide range of operations, services and infrastructure is transforming the way cities are experienced, developed, and maintained.

Collecting the data is one thing, but extracting valuable insights and putting them to use, is another. To take advantage of the cost savings smart cities deliver (estimated to be US $5 trillion annually), cities need to establish a robust strategy for data, build their analytics capabilities and fully utilize these to drive innovation, efficiency and harness future opportunities, including IoT.

But data isn’t the only source to gain valuable insight; the Public Sector Network’s “Transforming the Way You Use Data in Your Smart City” Virtual Event will provide the platform for shared experience and bring together a broad group of executives to the table group to generate diverse range ideas that focus on a common mission: an interconnected, smart city.

That interconnection starts with a conversation.
