Karen Darling manages and delivers work for government clients and has more than 17 years’ consulting, training and coaching experience. She is an expert at implementing policies and the required change to mitigate cyber security risk.

She is currently providing services to NSW Health and has worked with the Victorian Department of Health, VicRoads, the Bureau of Meteorology, Alfred Health, other State Government funded organisations, the Local Government Association (SA), the Municipal Association of Victoria and many Councils.

Karen’s achievements include successful:

  • development and delivery of organisation wide tailored training for cyber security in local government
  • development and delivery of change and communications activities for executive leadership teams, to manage cyber risk in State government funded entitities.
